Andrii Kubko

Andrii Kubko is a Partner at the Salkom Law Firm. He has been practicing law since 2005.

Specializes in activity and participates in commercial arbitration proceedings before international commercial arbitration.

He has extensive experience in preparing and examination of case before the European Court of Human Rights.

Andrii Kubko acts for domestic and foreign businesses in the proceedings before Ukrainian courts.

He provides legal advice and assistance during drafting, performance, and termination of employment contracts involving foreign employers in Ukraine.

He provides advice to domestic and foreign companies on the matters of contract law, corporate governance, labour and employment law, cross-border operations, foreign investment, intellectual property, real estate transactions etc.

Andrii Kubko also deals with matters of enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Ukraine and awards made by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in foreign jurisdictions; procedure for the enforcement of foreign court judgments in Ukraine.
