Valerii Lukomskyi

Mr. Lukomskyy is one of the founders of the Salkom Law Firm. He has been practicing law since 1977.

Specializes in legal assistance on activities of national and trans-national companies in Ukraine; handling of issues on acquisition, use and management of land plots of different categories; issues of criminal law and legislation; representing clients in law-enforcement agencies; defending clients in criminal proceedings;appeal against unlawful acts of state officers, including immigration, tax, law enforcement and regulatory agencies and departments; tax optimization; acting for clients in insolvency and liquidation procedures.

Working in key positions at the public prosecutor’s office and other state authorities makes a significant part of Mr. Lukoskyy’s professional career.

Admitted to the Ukrainian Bar.

Education: Law School at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (1977). Ph.D (law).

He speaks Russian and Ukrainian.
