Pavlo Lukomskyi

Pavlo Lukomskyi is a Partner at the Firm. He has been practicing law since 2005.

Specializes in operations with land and real estate, securities and capital market, competition and antitrust law, supervision of business activity, representing individuals and legal entities in court proceedings, including commercial and administrative courts.

Pavlo Lukomskyi has experience of performing due diligence checks in respect of land plots and constructions, drafting and implementing transactions concerning real estate and land ownership, representing clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, drafting all types of documents dealing with corporate matters, drafting all kinds of contracts, memorandums and arrangements for specific needs, assisting clients with the performance of contracts, acting for clients before government departments and agencies.

Pavlo Lukomskyi was admitted to the Ukrainian Bar Association in 2007.

Education: Law School at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (2005). Ukrainian Institute for the Development of Capital Market, a degree in finance (2010).

He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
